Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

• Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.

Shipping Locations

• We currently ship only within the contiguous United States.

• We do ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

• At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping (USPS or UPS): 3–5 business days.

• Priority Shipping (UPS): 1–2 business days. Rates vary depending on the size and weight of your order and will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Rates

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

• Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders of $100 or more.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package through USPS or UPS.

Lost or Delayed Packages

• If your package is lost in transit, we will ship a replacement order at no additional cost.

• Please note that we are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, high package volume, or other factors outside of our control.
